He also elucidated on why DeFi matters in Africa. The problems Centralised Finance poses (high inflation, limited access, high transaction fees. ) and how Decentralised Finance solves these problems through borderless payments and transfers, saving in stablecoins, crypto loans.

Representing the founder of @TechyJaunt @Geoorge__ei was @emmy_cryptt, Community Manager of @BlockchainESUT. He delved into the basics of DeFi, what you can do with DeFi (save&earn, swap tokens, borrow with crypto,stake&earn rewards, lots more. ). Also, DeFi platforms to explore.
