In the PR industry it is mind blowing that women account for 75% of the workforce, yet they hold only 50% of senior roles. At the highest levels, only 30% of agency CEOs are women.
I can’t think of a better article to share this #LaborDay. Why in a woman-dominated field are most agencies owned by men? This is a question I keep coming back to & a big part of why LINC was formed. Thank you to the women who mentored me on this journey!

This morning I cried…because a fight I’ve been in for so long found justice Friends, in the United Methodist Church, starting May 4, we no longer say that being gay is a sin…and no longer ban LGBT from serving as ministers I can’t believe it…but it’s done. Praise be to God.
