A failed attempt of VT ablation in a 64 YOM post CABG waiting for HTX. Previous endo ablation in 2022, currently with recurring stable VTs despite AAD. EF 20%. Failed attempts to obtain Epi access due to adhesions. Any tips? . #EPeeps @ivroca @Arritmias_HRC @ @syamkumarmd
