Ozzy is looking better. Had a scare Monday with his bloods but they've massively improved since. He's now eating better. Hoping his bloods to continue to improve and he gets well enough to come home soon! Any help with his now £12,000 bill would be great! https://t.co/5wt8f6kcGM

Ozzy had his 3rd blocked bladder in 2 months. He's got pancreatitis, cystitis, acute kidney injury and a UTI. He now needs surgery to urinate without the catheter. Any help with funding the surgery would be really appreciated! Details on link below https://t.co/alhm6AKbzy

Hi @HeathrowAirport following the refusal of staff to assist me this morning on booked assistance simply because I politely declined to go in a wheelchair (I’m not a wheelchair user), how can I register a complaint? I would very much like to speak to a human about what happened.
