Good to talk w/ @deleonkrist abt the proposed OHSU-Legacy hospital merger—the largest in state history. Serious market power concerns here, but the deal is immune from federal antitrust enforcement. This leaves Oregon’s HCMO program as the sole authority to block. Big test ahead.

Florida Highway Patrol troopers said they rescued a dog tied to a pole on I-75 in Tampa Wednesday ahead of Hurricane Milton. The dog later received a “clean bill of health” after troopers brought him to a veterinarian, according to the Florida Department of Highway Safety.
