Like last time there's a range of interior and exterior configurations to customise plans - and layouts vary in different designs. Some including compact studio apartments better for singles and others include large three bed two bath + sweeping balconies more suited for families

Building upon the previous low-rise pattern book, NSW has gone back to the drawing board and released a range of new designs in the mid rise (3-6 storey) category for higher density configurations on smaller & larger lots. Some great elegant designs here ๐ฅ https://t.co/hjFGRZWujr
At launch of NSW Pattern Book for Low Rise Housing. Led by Govt Architect Abbie Galvin, Premier & Planning Min @paulscullymp. Housing designs can be purchased at discount, with fast track approval process. Great work by 8 invited architects. Hope for better housing design & $

Quite windy on the bay at the moment so here I was thinking it'd be a nice quiet one down at Point Ormond lookout...

I love it when a random old parklet just pops up out of nowhere. Almost all of them were seemingly killed off in the 18 months after covid so its always a funny jumpscare to see one or two out there still

Looks like this'd be a near 20 km link, most likely running along the Melton Highway. An elevated alignment along here could be the way to go. Given poor rail access along the north of the Melton growth corridor this one might get future traction.

Getting up to speed with the IV review recently released - I think this one seems to have flown under the radar, but in the strategic modelling section there's some preliminary discussion for a future "Melton Central" rail link branching off near Watergardens.

An exerpt from the script of The Thick of It - Season 1 episode 1: Everybody's saying, ''When's he gonna go? When's he gonna go?'' -Right. And you don't want us to look weak, do you? -No, no. So there you are. That's why you've got to go.
Nick McGowan tells @9news heโs confident the spill motion will get up today. David Southwick (and others) are not convinced itโs in the bag. David Davis says he just wants a united team - wonโt say if heโll back the spill motion.
