This was a naive take based on my surroundings at the time. I now see so many people who use money as an enabler for enhancing their already great lives, who probably make a lot more under that age group. AI is a great enabler. Ambition is fuel.

The quality of men on #LoveIsBlind keeps dropping every season. IMO the show peaked with Lauren and Cameron in S1 and they should have just wrapped up the experiment at that point.

Heartbreaking to read all these #LoveWhereYouWorked tweets, what an awful way to treat people who have built this platform from the ground up. 💔

This is all obviously not ideal and I am actively working on the root cause of my issues as well but I have made a lot of progress from where I started. I am no expert but if you’re feeling stuck, know that it does get easier with time and effort - one step at a time. :)

I work remotely so I rarely stepped out of my house and then eventually stopped stepping out of my room. Having friends to go to the gym together at the end of the day has been really helpful. Supportive friends are a blessing in general so cultivate those relationships.

What has helped is having things to look forward to. Could be anything - a release at work, a meeting with friends, a new manga chapter. I even order random items with next week delivery sometimes if nothing else comes up.

My therapist suggested taking things “one week at a time” if the uncertainty of the future makes me too anxious. Great advice on paper but after a while, my overthinking brain went “We made it past this week, now what?” and it got incrementally harder to follow the advice.

My water reminder app seriously needs to chill. 💀
