@langcatlocke @BHACommunities That's what the @BHACommunities Board originally approve! Repairs to houses because it was what tenants want. ONLY when @EildonHousing started developing plot opposite, did demolition become an option. It's all in the FOI... #ShameOnBHA

This our village. @BHACommunities want to evict tenants from the homes on the right so they can demolish rather than repair them. On the left, homes by @EildonHousing due to be ready in April 22, but still unfinished. @BBCSouthScot @PaulMcLennan7

Evictions may be common, but this is more than that. It is abuse of power. Trying to demolish homes on the false claim that they are unsafe is corrupt and immoral. How can this be allowed to happen? #SaveWestruther
I hope that with enough pressure through social & traditional media @thetimes @Telegraph @guardian @bordertelegraph @BBCScotland @BBCPanorama @John2Win @TheScotsman we can encourage @BHACommunities to do the right thing by the tenants of Edgar Road & the wider community.
