Consider chronic graft pyelo in a kidney TXP pt with: 1) recurrent UTIs or repeat isolation of same bacteria in UCx 2) worsening CKD 3) chronic graft pain (can also be asymptomatic/pauci-symptomatic) Underdiagnosed. Tx may improve graft outcomes. #TxID.

Efficacy/safety of SGLT2i in a large cohort of kidney transplant recipients. All-cause mortality, DCGF, or Screat doubling was significantly lower in kidney transplant recipients w/ SGLT2i than in those without SGLT2i #Flozins #flozinate https://t.co/js2NpjRkvA

Covid (@UCSF) Chronicles, Day 741 A friend in his 70s who’s had a kidney transplant recently lamented, “I haven’t gone out in 2 years.” If decision making is complex for all of us, just imagine what it’s like for ~7 million immunocompromised Americans. This 🧵is for them.(1/25)
