One thing I do to reduce the “blue” is the spectacular device from @daylightco. They built the only device I know of that can fully surprise blue light spectrum. I am writing this now on this device. I absolutely recommend no LEDs past 6pm. So much gratitude for @daylightco.

High EMF electronics should be housed in wool. This would outright solve a majority of the health problems with EMF. We need this, the cost is very small, at mass scale you are only looking at a few dollars for all the pictures attached
