Phil is helping to keep Paul's good works in Uganda alive!
@PhilLiggett is always speaking up for good causes. His friendship to Paul is as great as ever. And you, cycling fans, are coming through for them both. Your support built this hall that we named to honour Phil. We couldn’t have done it without all of you! @LeTour

Love this ! Keep active if you can !
In my experience/experiments, will to do something, desire, can take me only so far. But something external, human presence in this case, or maybe love for someone or something in another case, takes me beyond. Change your mind, yes, but definitely change your heart!
