The San Antonio Spurs are signing Kyle Mangas to a two-way contract, league sources told @hoopshype. Mangas has averaged 18.5 points on 50% shooting from the field and 41% from 3-point range, 5.0 assists, 2.9 rebounds, and 1.5 steals for the Austin Spurs in the G League.
