I read @mirandadevine’s superb book “Laptop from Hell” a few months ago. I was sceptical that it would drive any change. Delighted to see that I may have been wrong. If you are looking for a sequel, how about the other Laptop from Hell and its infamous ‘Insurance’ folder?

Saddened to read of the passing of @ingridbrindle. I learned a great deal from her about patient advocacy and engagement. Despite her significant health issues she was a redoubtable committee chair and passionate thought leader.
