Well done Sabrina! It shouldn’t be necessary for citizens to go to court to protect the environment but it certainly is. I hope RTÉ @joemagraollaigh will give the same coverage to this that they did to @IrishWater’s unjustified criticisms of your litigation against them recently.

Uisce Eireann & An Bord Pleanala agreed a JR settlement today that ensured no raw sewage discharges from remaining houses in Howth (not covered by a recent pumping station planning application) would discharge to Doldrum Bay. Thanks to all who helped fund the appeal.

The High Court has granted me leave to challenge the permission to demolish the Deer Park Hotel. Many buildings are destroyed and replaced with new resources. The planet cannot afford such waste. Demolition can be justified; ABP needs to make sure it is.

The High Court has ruled Fingal's redevelopment of the pedestrianised New Street in Malahide can go ahead, but we need to do a local area plan for Malahide.

Section 15 of the Climate Act “means what it says” and this “underlines and reflects the need for ‘rapid, far-reaching and unprecedented changes to all aspects of society and the economy.’”. All public bodies will need to study this judgement.
