L’Ukraine ne peut pas gagner cette guerre. Il ne doit pas la perdre. Le cadre d’une négociation réaliste qui correspondrait à cet objectif est bien connu. Le plan de Trump le respecte. Reste à en négocier les termes. L’alternative, c’est la prolongation d’une guerre dévastatrice.
