This is the way conflict should be handled. Direct. In person or at least over the phone. It doesn’t mean a resolution will come about. It does mean a resolution could be possible.

Sales cures all. How true this is… I can be down in the dumps and then a sale comes through and suddenly I’m skipping along the yellow brick road. Nothing wrong being happy at selling… but I don’t want my life to be defined by whether or not someone buys “my stuff”. Faith

I'm not a fan of "Online Church," but I believe strongly in "Digital Ministry." It's the extension of your in-person ministry into the weekly rhythms of the people you pastor. It can't replace in-person. It multiplies it. Interested in learning how to do it? Let me know.
