Yes. And crime back then, while not without issues, pales in comparison to what ABQ is today: a vicious and violent city. Make no mistake, this is all the product of failed leadership.

John, it is estimated that $13MM of public funds will be used for the construction (infrastructure) of the stadium. I assure you that figure will climb as construction progresses. I'm not opposed to the soccer stadium or nice things. It's just the voters believed, in this case,.
