$200 million would cover a lot og legal costs. That doesn't really mean anything at all, but I bet some friendly replies come just because it was me who wrote it.
Can confirm @RossDellenger's report that Memphis made a pitch to join the Big 12 earlier this month, only to be turned away. The Big 12 quickly reviewed a proposal with $200+ million in financial backing from Memphis, but the league's presidents remain content to stay at 16 . .

Hayden Gray (@Hayden3gray), no stars out of high school, no stars after junior college, played at UCSD past 2 years under new UNM Lobo coach Eric Olen, led nation in steals, just signed G-League deal. Hoops doesn't end when you're 17 or 18 and have no stars by your name.
NEW: Hayden Gray (the NCAA's steals leader last year) has signed a contract with the Maine Celtics, per sources. Gray made his Summer League debut today & has long been impressed with the Celtics. “You could tell that Boston is one of the best organizations in the NBA." ⬇️

Former UNM Lobo Nelly Junior Joseph w/ solid NBA Summer League finish, starting 3 of 5 games w/ Atlanta Hawks, who go 4-1. Today: Nelly w/ 11 pts, 9 reb, 2 ast, 2 stl, 19 min. Here's hoping Nelly gets a G-League look. If not, he's got great opportunities overseas, too.
