America’s maritime edge is slipping and catching up will take more than incremental fixes. We need to act immediately to: . 1) Reindustrialize our shipyards at speed .2) Harness AI to compress build cycles .3) Deploy robotics and automation at scale .4) Give innovative newcomers.
