Every transaction costs merchants and consumers too much, exposes data, and is vulnerable to chargebacks. That’s not sustainable.

The future is onchain payments: digital assets, digital wallets, and modern digital rails. The old system has an expiration date.

Echoing our call for a Senior Software & Platform Engineer!.

All keys associated with any such ANVL will be promptly disbursed to multiple participating entities and individuals, including key merchant partners and payment providers. Once disbursed, Flexa will no longer hold or claim any rights to the distributed ANVL.

First and foremost, policies: Flexa will not participate in ANVL governance and will not retain any ANVL following the June 1 snapshot. No Flexa employee or founder is allowed to participate in ANVL governance at any time (effective for the duration of their employment).

Next week, Flexa will pool its current holdings of Amp in an unassigned partition of the Capacity contract to redeem the corresponding amount of ANVL tokens. Flexa will return the full amount to cold custody by June 3. These transfers may impact circulating supply figures.
