Here’s a reframe. AI doesn’t take your job. AI allows you to do any job. So a coder can now make films. And a filmmaker can now write code. It allows a non-specialist to get started. But a specialist will be needed for polish.

On that thought though... X timeline with Grok split screen would be cool

The xAI button acts as a way to get the post inside the chatbot interface, what if I never needed to leave my feed to do this... this is nicely done on desktop but would be epic on mobile/tablet.

I've found myself tapping the xAI button on top of a post and then immediately pausing Grok so I can ask it a specific question about the post before it auto-triggers a general explanation of the post.

I hardly ever want Grok to speak generally about a post. This is why the xAI button at top of tweets kinda sucks. Mostly I want to ask Grok about a specific idea a post contains rather than a default general explanation.

It's still too hard to use Grok in X on mobile: - Tagging it is great, but what if I don't want this visible publicly. - I shouldn't have to enter a new screen to converse with Grok about a post. - Simply highlighting words/phrases in a post should spark Grok into life.

Grok should be my companion as I scroll the feed. Guiding me, flagging false claims and helps my experience be maximally truth seeking.

Grok's killer feature is that it lives on the X timeline. All focus should be on nailing this integration.

Maybe the open, decentralised and programmable OS we've all been craving has been staring us square in the eyes this whole time. The browser is the operating system but tabs prevent us from realising this.

Until browser tab switching becomes incredible, everyone will prefer to use siloed apps.

It no longer feels like just humans browsing the web. Looking increasingly likely that for every 1 human there will be 100 agents scraping, transacting and creating content. Human online personalities will be a rarity.

Every Apple employee uses a Mac to get their work done. Engineers at OpenAI use chatGPT to ship code. Tesla workers drive to work in Teslas. The goated companies use their own products and services in the development of future products and services.
