Good for the President. Soft power is just as important sometimes as hard power, and the debanking of conservatives based purely on politics is a serious problem that the WH is right to take seriously.

On both @SouthwestAir flights today, the flight attendants gave short heart-felt tributes for Veterans Day and the whole plane applauded. Made me grateful not only for our vets and active duty, but to live in a time when we are broadly unified in that gratitude as a nation. 🇺🇸

Strolled by the NC state capitol while visiting @CampbellLawSch today. Sadly the interior was closed for Veterans Day, but still cool.

The Trump Administration is confronting deeply embedded problems in higher education, much to the chagrin of college leaders who want the federal cash to keep flowing without any new accountability. I explain for @WNGdotorg:

The scandal this week at the BBC for its biased coverage of President Trump proves again the need for real, widespread accountability across the news media. My quote in Bloomberg’s @business: https://t.co/k8gdHxxgi3

New Yorkers have chosen a destructive pipe dream, @danielsuhr writes. "Perhaps a troubled term by African American Democrat Eric Adams followed by a mayor more interested in celebrity than success will see New Yorkers reconsider Republicans." https://t.co/hte7vs1ggb

I commend @OliviaTrustyFCC’s thoughtful 10/29 remarks to the @mediainst to your attention. I agree with her preference for market solutions and echo her views on SCOTUS’s decisions in Red Lion and Vullo. Media nerds, take two minutes to read it:

I look forward to seeing @ABAesq stand up for lawyers’ right to represent clients without intimidation and investigation as Arctic Frost docs reveal numerous subpoenas targeting lawyers and law firms like Jones Day, Greenberg Traurig, Akin Gump, McGuireWoods, and Nelson Mullins.

Looking forward to seeing all of @JimmyKimmel’s friends on @Janefonda’s new @1ACommittee condemn Biden DOJ/Jack Smith for going on a fishing expedition by subpoenaing records related to multiple media outlets. 🦗🦗🦗

Isn’t @tammybaldwin refusing to vote for a Wisconsin judicial nominee recommended by the bipartisan nominating commission, dare I say it — norm busting?

At a time when President Trump is leading the world toward peace, the Communist Chinese are arresting Christian pastors with US ties in advance of the President's summit with Xi. Trump should see through this anti-American stunt. My latest for @wngdotorg:

Just learned that my @tuttletwins course on leadership will be launching online soon. Very excited to share this with you -- I had a ton of fun teaching it, and I hope it's an encouragement and help to teens who follow the Twins' adventures!

Judge Beaton's opinion ruling for @ADFLegal's wedding photographer client against the City of Louisville is a vindication of important First Amendment principles. I explain for @WNGdotorg's radio program:

Much of the criticism of @BrendanCarrFCC is really an attack on the @FCC's public-interest mandate. However, the U.S. Supreme Court has upheld that standard many times and consistently declines to revisit it. I explain for @pennlaw's @TheRegReview: https://t.co/jxpGmDzrmu
theregreview.org
The Court should not overturn a settled doctrine that ensures the fair use of airwaves.
