Recent Chinese lockdowns have not yet been a factor in the U.S. truckload freight slowdown. But it’s coming. Containers out of China to the US have dropped 31% since April 6th, which we estimate is a 5% impact to us trucking freight.

This really big for freight/trucking. Harder to see if you're outside the biz, but this gives companies that move truckloads a HUGE boost in flexibility, gives more truckers access to high quality drop & hook, and reduces waste (easier to batch jobs, reduce empty mile)!
Today, we announced the industry’s first automated, nationwide drop-and-hook service for backup and spot freight.
This is a new approach to supplying shippers with the drop capacity they need, when they want it. We call it flexible drop.

Open highways are a different story. They are much simpler to navigate. Trucks could do this today pending regulatory approval. This would reduce a 4-day trip to 2-days, speeding up the supply-chain and creating more capacity from existing trucks. This is a win.

Truck drivers make the world go 'round, but for safety reasons the
