The power of 2.5 million views on youtube. @veritasium 's latest hour-long video on PFAS was done so well, it clearly left a mark on Google Trends, both within US and world-wide

Or, perhaps it's a decentralized effort that's already emerging organically, with the Tung Tung Tung Sahur's and other "AI Slop" in social media!.

It's a very real possibility that a stealth startup (likes of World App) discreetly fuels a scaled impersonation attack (using LLM-Agents or hiring humans), then launch a "human-verified" social media platform as the fix.

An LLM-integrated Second Brain/PKM app, where the LLM acts as your personal assistant for everything (ur health data, life things, inboxes, etc), is what I personally think is what's coming next. Basically a Universal app. I believe Sam Altman's World App is his attempt at it.

So I have about 6 years of my daily life logged now, from what I eat, to bugs fixed, to features added, to going to gym. It also often has a photo with it too. Super autistic but it keeps me accountable and nice to log life. Now I wanna see if I can combine this data set with for.

I'm curious as to how close this algorithm resembles neural crest migration. We could reverse-engineer nerve maps to find our "deformed mesh" — the shape we had when nerves first mapped our skin?. @BraydonDymm Interested to hear your thoughts!.

From my understanding, the algorithm:.1. intakes 3D object.2. calculates path_length between all mesh points & print-bed.3. (algo) deform mesh to optimize path_length alignment.4. slice deformed mesh to obtain print_path.5. un-deform mesh, but mesh points keep print_path data

"TRUE non-planar slicing is here". The video demonstrates using an optimization algorithm to enable 3D printing with NO scaffolds!. 🤯 Crazy when they showed the optimal print path for a figurine. 👇. I was like: "Is that dermatomal distribution?!?".

Current healthcare relies on patients to actively seek care. But what about those we don’t see—undiagnosed, poor follow-up, or at-risk patients? They're the ones that end up in the ER, facing catastrophic burdens. How can we use AI to identify those demographics?

In that same interview, Dr. Hon Pak mentioned that:. in addition to efforts to drive efficiency from the 20%,. Healthcare systems are now rethinking how to invest resources OUTSIDE the walls of clinic to truly improve patient health and reduce inappropriate healthcare system use.

The Pareto Principle applied in healthcare: .& How it shows us where the next big opportunity for improving patient care lies. "20% of the outcome of a patient is what I can impact. 80% is outside the walls of the clinic." - Dr. @hon_pak (.

With AI/LLMs promising the same once more, will the current trend of open-sourcing SOTA models bring a difference into the future of AI-integrated clinician workflows? Or will it end up the same?. Thank you so much to Dr. Chen for spreading word about this event on X!. @jonc101x.

My biggest takeaway from the talk was comparing the current AI/LLM landscape to EHR's. We've been here before. EHRs once promised a streamlined and integrated experience for patient care-- yet today, we struggle with administrative burden and lack of interoperability!.

Building in Public: EHR automation. I want AI to pre-chart for me while I’m sleeping 😴. So far, successfully automated a reliable, reproducible way of opening my EHR. It opens with same window-dimensions! That means. predictable button locations 😏.

This is literally the exact tech I was searching for, for YEARS…. I signed up for the interest form. if anyone has updates on access to these, please let me know!. Impressive they have 8hr battery life with only 75 grams. perhaps it’s 8hrs idle? Those things heat up quick.
