What day! Was awarded a research scholarship by @DiabetesDK. The cool thing about this is that people with diabetes decided they wanted to fund our project. Grateful for the interest. Next step: getting the large poster back home by train and bus 😅

The @DDEA_Denmark postdoc summit is such a unique thing - a mix between networking, conference and course while working on a challenge that aims to improve the postdoc experience. So many great ideas from the committee and we can't wait to share this year's program!

I wrote a little commenting on a recent study about the nutritional composition of plant-based meat alternative. The study suggests that most plant-based alternatives are not a nutritional 1-to-1 swap with meat. Question is then, are they not good at all?
