I'm delighted that "Civic Duties and Cultural Change," in the works for a couple of years, is now forthcoming in @CalifLRev! Would be super grateful for any feedback. Link to the draft:

When I started teaching Indian Law, I was confused (and repelled) by the Court’s nonchalance toward some of our nation’s worst moral crimes. This piece highlights the Court’s continued apathy and tries to imagine a better system. Thoughts/critiques are extremely welcome!.

Song of the summer? We reimagined @grantalexnunn's article, "The Living Rules of Evidence" (@PennLRev), in a rather unorthodox format -- a punk rock smash hit.

You need to get in shelter now if you’re in Fayetteville, Springdale or Johnson, including those at the University of Arkansas. This storm could put down a #tornado at any time. Wake up anyone that you know there. #ARwx
