will never require KYC verification. You don’t even need to give us your email or phone #. We have 0 tracking within the app. You don’t need KYC to stop bots, you can use degrees-of-separation and sats to stop them.
Starting April 15th, only verified accounts will be eligible to be in For You recommendations.
The is the only realistic way to address advanced AI bot swarms taking over. It is otherwise a hopeless losing battle.
Voting in polls will require verification for same reason.

v1.2.0 has private zaps, these are zaps that look anonymous to everyone except the person receiving the zap. Only they can see who it was from and the message inside.
