You turned off comments because you know your post is BS. Healthy communities with amenities will keep people around and the money they save from driving to the park or gym memberships goes back to the community and businesses
These are cases of just outright NIMBYism - there’s absolutely no connection other than making it impossible to build.

Hey @calgarystampede I see the super pass now has gst and handling fees with additional gst when it didn’t have one in 2022 and 2023 but you added a handling fee in 2023 and now a $50 pass costs $56. What gives? #yyc #calgary #calgaryevents
