Well done Motherwell deserved European football next season. Thank fuck the players and staff don't give up as easily as a chunk of our fan base. Big pat on the back to those who supported them to the hilt this season. Played their part especially last 2 games

Seeing my lad in bits at the news one of his pals took his own life yesterday is heartbreaking enough for me as a father. Cannot imagine the torment the father of the young lad is going through along with his family & friends. Thoughts are with them all. Rest easy Alex

I learned a lesson from Saturdays shenanigans celebrating absent friends. I'm now officially a bit of a lightweight in the bevvying stakes but it was important to be there just to pay my respects to those named on the flag.

Pompey John was laid to rest today. Block E lads made a banner for the game Saturday, displayed at half time and sent down to the funeral director today who draped it over his coffin. His family send their thanks for the contribution.

Almost exactly 40 years to the day I made a decision to change style. I grew my hair, left skinhead behind and turned 'Casual' becoming the 11th in Motherwell to do so. Fair to say I was pretty much in at the beginning of something that would change many lives forever

Some sad news today about one of the 80s lads Pompey John passing away following a long illness. He contributed to my fanzine OSB for years, was a cracking fella but sadly too ill to follow my journey with this label. No sales posts today, rest easy John.

Long before Daft Laddie was even thought of, I’ve been producing Motherwell related designs, usually in reaction to a special moment. The first inspiration came from the most unusual event of Motherwell rising to the top of the table in 1989 for the first time in 20 years.

You know I flit between Motherwell related designs and more neutral ones but now and again there's one that jumps out you could say belongs in the Old School. I think this is one. Should have put 'Daft Laddie since 1989' as that's when this journey began believe it or not.

After the last wee while I've had an inkling that I could perhaps make a proper go of Daft Laddie, not right away obviously. Not at that stage yet but I'm going to take on a courier role to pay the bills and hopefully free up more time to concentrate on building the brand further
