i usually don’t drink liquid calories unless it’s a protein shake but this one is worth it!! mine came up to 35 cals but depending what u use it could be less or more.

currently in my yogurt era.
tried the new light + fit caramel apple pie flavor and it’s amazing. it had little apple chunks in it which i thought was cool and tasted just like an apple pie. i know the toppings are so random but i swear it tasted good!! (see alt for details)
this meal was more on the higher calorie end for me but it was amazing and it fit into my limit. don’t mind how messy this meal looks, i promise it tasted good!

what i ate today on a day where i didn’t count calories, not including the billions of snacks i had today. me and my sister shared the rolls + the appetizers and it was all delicious. i have to remind myself that it’s okay to enjoy myself once in a while.
been eating at maintenance calories for about a month now so i wanted to share some of the foods i’ve eaten. eating at maintenance calories has been the best choice i made for my mental health honestly + surprisingly i’ve been losing while eating more.
i forgot to post this but i went to the mall yesterday and i found googoo clusters!! i didn’t end up getting them bc i’m not sure if they’re good but that was surprising to see. i’ve never seen them anywhere until yesterday.
wish i could say i ate this while staying under my limit but i ended up having a f my ed day. 💀😭 can’t lie tho the pumpkin cream cheese muffin was so good.
i’ve been getting out of work earlier than usual so i’ve had more time to get my steps in which is good! i usually just walk around the mall or grocery stores. but i told myself i wouldn’t get obsessed with counting my steps again but here i am

TMI😭😭 after not being able to poop for days i finally pooped!!! i did massages for constipation and listened to subliminals bc i was desperate but it actually worked 💀
i didn’t count calories yesterday because i went to the fair with my family. i was stressing out over it at first because it was so last minute. but i have to remind myself and others that it’s okay to enjoy yourself once in a while!

i drank a detox tea earlier and i thought it didn’t work until now…it’s 1 am and i’m over here fighting for my life in the toilet 😭😭😭 at least it worked tho
i tell myself once i get back to my lowest weight i’ll be happy but that’s a lie bc i know once i get down to that weight i’m going to want to go down even lower.
the foods i used to eat in recovery were so good. i miss the food but i don’t miss the weight i gained. i wish u could recover without gaining weight 😭😭😭
i’m getting sushi this weekend!!! i’m not going to count calories that day and just try to enjoy myself because it’s not everyday i get to do that. this is also ur reminder that it’s okay to enjoy yourself once in a while and nothing bad will happen if you do!

my favorite flavors are vanilla and strawberry cheesecake. i usually pair this with frozen berries for fiber. one of these containers is 60 cals and 11g protein
food is always on my mind now. i think about food all the time it’s annoying but it makes sense. i’m on pinterest rn scrolling through foods i wish i could eat. one day i will eat these foods when i choose recovery but not now, i’m not ready.
went to spirit halloween with my mom and she brought up how she thinks i can still fit into the kids section💀 i doubt i can but it fueled my ed so much. anyways here’s some pics from today. i felt exhausted the whole time but it was nice spending time with my mom <3
