And that’s the last day of my redeployment for @d2a_to and @SomersetCare complete! 18 days, 20 shifts, 135 hours and 126 visits, supporting wonderful people and respecting an incredibly hard working workforce. What a fulfilling role 💛

We had our first of 2 Christmas meals on friday, it was so good to see everyone dressed up and out of uniform! Alas we did not get a picture, however it was a great evening. What a fantastic team we have. Looking forward to the next one 😀

Last night the intermediate care team + MH team attended HSJ awards for health + government partnership working + MH team of the year. We are so proud of what our teams have achieved in Somerset + how that work has been recognised. Only a few attended but this is for all involved

Its a tricky weekend for capacity, so we rallied some of our Key Workers to review some of those patients awaiting to Discharge onto D2A to see if we can do anything to get them home quicker, great job team and thank you for being so patient centred and flexible! #somersetft

Amazing work happening across the County. What great staff we have still continuing to support people to get home in the intense heat we have had the last few days... We know there has been a few stuck in traffic jams, and the heat in the Hub is sweltering. Thank you all! 😊
