for my first proj @figma / coming soon, we had daily testing parties for 2mo straight i haven’t had the privilege to work anywhere that made the quality bar what it seems like here @zoink also found an issue and I didn’t feel pressure but instead encouragement to get it right

design qa was always a rushed / forgotten thing at some other places I’ve been, where design had to stand on a hill and shout for it—testing for just performance was always the bar so thankful to see that is not the case at @figma

The best brand systems hold up beyond the deck. Look at Gamma, throw 12 random executions on a board and they all feel like siblings. Not copies, siblings. Everything should feel like it came from the same brain.
