It's funny how sometimes you work on something and it goes places you'd never expect. I made a few icons last year for an animation for Figma Community, which I then reused in a fun animation for Figma Make, and now they're in displayed Time Square.

This is so profoundly sad to me. Lynches side projects, musings and unfinished ideas just sitting where he left them. I wonder what ideas he meant to get back to before he passed, what’s left in some of his tool drawers, what some of these things meant to him.
david lynch's hollywood hills compound is for sale, including a house designed by FLW's son and the house used in lost highway. they should give it to me for free because i don't trust what anyone who has $15M is going to do to it

Want to know if a company truly values design? Look at their compensation. What an organization pays designers vs engineers speaks louder than words. At Notion, we put our money where our mouth is and pay both disciplines the same. Oh and yes...we're hiring :)
