I have big news today:. I'm a cofounder of @useplumb! ✨🚀. I love this team. I love what we're building. I love how we're building it. 💜.

Big news over @useplumb ⚡️ I have a new cofounder. His name is @curiouslychase and he's been working here for three years already. 😆 . It just so happens that the idea behind @useplumb (our incredibly exciting pivot) was his, and from the moment we started working on it full.

Why do we spend hours struggling with problems that could be solved in minutes by asking the right person?. As a founder, I've learned the value of "short circuiting"—knowing when to stop grinding and start collaborating. It's not about giving up, but about moving forward with.

I call it "large language model friendly" but I still love it. ✨🤘.

When we first started working on @useplumb we'd encounter issues (e.g. hallucination, context drift, repeatedly ignoring instructions) and we'd swear under our breath "these large language motherfuckers. " 🤬 . So, @keyavadgama decided to make a whole merch line out of LLMF.

I am starting to think sycophancy is going to be a bigger problem than pure hallucination as LLMs improve. Models that won’t tell you directly when you are wrong (and justify your correctness) are ultimately more dangerous to decision-making than models that are sometimes wrong.
