@miehrmantraut Start it like this and also ask it to use them in parallel (but only for simpler tasks because it uses a dumber model than Opus even if Opus is selected): . ENABLE_BACKGROUND_TASKS=1 claude --dangerously-skip-permissions. Also, you should get Max, it’s like 95%+ cheaper than PAYG.

6/ Finally, in batches of 1-5 PRs, I'll batch merge into main in the main work tree, and fully stage and test the implementation in a running instance. Adjust if necessary!.

5/ back to Opus, who's also my QC guy. I use Opus to pick up any of the 'qc-ready' issues / PRs and do a full independent quality review. If it passes, make a comment and change status to 'qc-approved' and the PR to 'ready to merge'

4/ These agents are using sonnet model which is just fine. When they finish their work (including acceptance tests) they comment on the issue, update it's status to 'qc-ready' and create a PR. See it in action:

3/ Once the issues are created, I have an unlimited number of agents work in parallel on the issues. They each work in a separate local git worktree (folder) and branch name, typically a group of between 1-3 issues, or a full milestone.
