As big news stories go, it doesn’t get much bigger in F1! Christian Horner has been sacked this morning by Red Bull. Laurent Mekies will replace him as only the 2nd team principal Red Bull have ever had. Alan Permane becomes TP at Racing Bulls.

Unexpected news and a real shame for the team. If Ollie was backing Jack Doohan only for others to want Franco Colapinto instead that could explain the resignation - I’m sure we’ll find out soon. Sad to see him leave and I’m sure that at Enstone many others will be too.

With both Charles Leclerc’s and Pierre Gasly’s car found to be underweight, the latest FIA document release states excessive wear of the plank on Lewis Hamilton’s Ferrari. Likely now that all 3 drivers will be DSQ’d from the Chinese GP.
