i say the best route is get back into a company like microsoft & sit there for a year. then join a start up company that’s in its series b phase & then branch off & start my own start up.

no. using mw2019 as your inspiration for a ui/ux design is horrible. get creative & do the research.
#Battlefield6's main menu needs a new UI design, and the community knows how to fix the issue @Battlefield. The UI must be intuitive, clean and user-friendly. This looks so much better. Nice work u/Oninyourfly 👏.

there's nothing on the internet that will teach this at all, this is all experience and having personal mentors in your chosen career path. yes, we have information at our fingertips, but it's all just manuals. experience speaks volumes.
