Asian is a race. Korean and Japanese are ethnicities. For your second example: There is plenty of genetic continuity between Europeans and Persians. Look at Iranian women of the 70s.
@cringe_panda Okay I'll play devil's advocate. Koreans are the best looking race in Asia and it is 100© completely due to race-mixing between Japanese and Chinese. That's what a Korean is. Also, Spain and Italy are a mix of Arab and European, great looking races also.
