@thecrocodile can you help me purchase tickets to @kiasmos_ ? @ticketweb has been entirely unhelpful (see thread above) after two weeks of going back and forth with their support team.

@thecrocodile Next response from @TicketWeb support from a Miguel Z: "try everything again you already told me you tried" TicketWeb maybe tell you support agents to *read* customer emails and respond with helpful information that they haven't already tried?

@thecrocodile Response from TicketWeb customer support. Why does it seem like every biz still blames "the industry" or "the economy" for their biz probs? At some point it becomes fault of biz leadership. Also there were no answers to "commonly asked questions" anywhere on the ticketweb site.

Oh also I’ve been charged an additional $200 by you with no indication of what that’s for. I was giving Hertz another chance after a bad experience a few years ago, and this is not making me comfortable using you in the future. Also I’m Pres Circle for whatever that’s worth.

I'm comfortable with SQL (and @PostgreSQL) but didn't know much about Stripe data before this project. Being able to do my data spelunking in PG was great because it reduced the number of tools I had to learn to create something useful here.

File: /etc/pam.d/sudo Add the following to the top of the list (below the comment at the top) auth sufficient pam_tid.so Spacing doesn't matter, but I like to tidy it up to match the other lines.

Is it a problem that I've memorized the file and text to add to enable Touch ID for sudo? I feel like I have to re-add it once a month.

I needed the @remix_run logo, so I right-clicked on the logo in their website header. I was so confused for 30s until I realized... well done Remix folks. Sneaky AND helpful. (right-clicking brings you to their Google Drive folder containing a bunch of logo variations)
