When I graduated high school, my personal best in the mile was 4:36. Friday night, I ran a new 5k personal best of 14:30. My first mile was 4:34. During my visit to Milligan in Jan. 2019, @mucoachlayne told me that the best was yet to come. He was right. #BuiltByLayne
