You are correct.
I've sadly watched way too many videos today of Alex Pretti's killing and, unlike Renee Good's situation, I do not think Mr. Pretti was an aggressor in the situation, and it does appear police recovered his gun before shooting him. He did not brandish it.

#AlexPretti was legally carrying & the feds shot. He was just filming them. He never he took his gun out ever or brandished it. When they found it, they shot him dead. @DHSgov
