Only S-tier players in startups. You need someone who could be making $750k at Meta but for some reason is willing to take $125k with 0.2% equity for your company called Glooply and does b2b AI accounting workflows. They have to believe in the mission and be a 0.00001% talent or.
Don’t hire interns in startup, they are useless and will waste your time. But you can hire people who gives a shit, don’t need to be micromanaged, can come up with ideas and execute, and have exceptional talent. They can be 20 years old, that’s fine.
