if a CLOB is ever going to exist and work at scale on Solana, its going to be via a design like @bulletxyz_ . they are optimizing for all of the right design choices to make this happen.
The writing is on the wall. Solana should embrace their rollups and build out a proper DA solution. A performant CLOB cant exist on Solana mainnet for years at best, never at worst. @bulletxyz_ has a 3ms latency CLOB rearing to hit mainnet.
