Inez Kaiser was the first Black woman to open a PR firm, which she did in KansasCity, 1957. She wrote a cookbook, "Southern Cookery," but it didn't sell.She renamed it "Soul Food." Sales exploded.Soul food became a hit nationwide.Please help us digitize more artifacts like this.

This is fantastic news as a citizen in the UK, we’ll done St Lucia, looking forward to going home in the future.
All positive cases of COVID-19 in Saint Lucia have recovered. The last two cases in isolation received negative COVID-19 test results and were since discharged from hospital. This now places Saint Lucia at a 100 PERCENT RECOVERY of all COVID-19 cases. https://t.co/8WygSzPs9a
