Curious on everyone's thoughts here. When building a new product/ service, should I bother setting up social profiles for them? Like @LearnAWSToday @ProxiesAPI Would love input - @ImSamThompson @marclou @BoringSaaSGuy @journeypreneur_ @markjenney @IndieHackers

I’m going to try something new here. A lot of people have asked how I build so many products and why. Let’s talk about it here! Sort of like building in public, but more like launching in public! #buildinpublic #indiedev

You can fix this by focusing on customer feedback and leveraging tools like behavior monitoring and NPS. Check out books like The Lean Startup, INSPIRED, and Sprint for more. When do you involve customers in your build process? Share below 👇 #entrepreneurship #solopreneur

Don't make the mistake of forgetting about customer problems when building your business. We can get so caught up in our passion for our idea that we forget to check if people actually want it. This is why many startups fail. But there's good news! (Wait what?)

Embrace being wrong and embrace failure - that's how we learn and succeed as entrepreneurs. So let's stop getting stuck in the last 10% trap and start launching our products and services! What do you think? Let's discuss in the comments below!

My advice and challenge to you (and me) is this: JUST LAUNCH IT. It does not need to be perfect - in fact, it probably never will be. Real feedback from real customers will bring you closer to perfection than any amount of planning ever could.

The last 10% is always the hardest because it's when we have to confront the unknowns. What if nobody likes it? What if it fails? What if I am wrong? ... Again These questions can be paralyzing, but here's the truth: you will never know until you actually launch.

This is often due to our perfectionistic tendencies as entrepreneurs. We want everything to be perfect before we launch, but this mindset can lead us into the "last 10% trap". 50% of finishing a project is the last 10%, and launching a new product or service is no exception.

Have you ever struggled to launch a product or service? You have done the research, created a prototype, maybe even assembled a team. But for some reason, you just can't seem to take that final step. Sound familiar?

So many people approach me with “I have a great app idea”, but what makes a product or service great, is when you start with the problem, not the solution. Most of these “great ideas” are not so great.

It’s the weekend! Time for a break? escape? growth? There is no wrong answer, in general. But what is best to get you to where you are going?

Request I am really interested in talking to 5 people who are pursuing an SMB acquisition. Probably through a search fund but isn’t required. Can be any type of biz. Ideally first or second deal. Ideally sub $5m purchase price. Who comes to mind? Tag them. Please & Thanks!
