Nanni, @stefanoceri and @colinlog analyze clusters of CTCF sites, according to their orientation. Over the 5-100 kb range, divergent sites (eg <<>>) are enriched and convergent sites (>><<) are depleted. Convergent sites mark boundaries of TADs
