A comment I got on cooking with old wine. I have the opposite take - cook with what you got, especially if you dont want to drink it. Thats why cooking wine, marsala wine, etc. exist IMO. Whats your take?

Somebody called me a “europe supremacist hipster” for saying omelets are better there than here in the US. I just call things how I see them, and the pizza in Europe - italy included - is flat out trash compared to the US.

Its almost as if throwing away years of brand equity was a dumbass idea in the first place!!!.
