Today was more exciting than usual. A 615am call from hubby that he had 2 flats and needed rescuing on the Coq. A whirlwind of BCAA, Kal Tire and work stressed me out. Decompressed by baking awesome zucchini bread. I’m now hiding in bed. 🤪

Yesterday I made my 48th blood donation with @CanadasLifeline . It takes less than an hour to complete and I get juice & Oreos. I was raised to believe that helping others is part of an unwritten social contract. Also, OREOS!

Please send good thoughts to my newborn grandson. He has been transferred to acute NICU care for a hole in his lung. Thank God we live in Canada and don’t have to be worried about any incurred costs.
