8. Use Azure Functions for Event-Driven Compute: Serverless: Implement Azure Functions for tasks that don't require constant runtime, paying only for compute time used.

7. Deallocate VMs When Not in Use: Stop/Deallocate: For development environments or any VM not needed 24/7, stop and deallocate when not in use to avoid compute charges.

6. Optimize Data Storage: Cool vs. Hot Storage: Use Azure Blob Storage's cool tier for data accessed less frequently, and archive tier for data rarely accessed. Data Lifecycle Management: Automate moving data between tiers based on access patterns.
