The problem is that @richardgaisford comments reflect a caring, socially responsible and thoughtful citizen. The morons who dumped this litter are selfish, inconsiderate and lazy. Sadly, there are millions of people like that in Britain. They need to be socially shamed.

If YOU have a dashcam and it films litterers like this, then please send the footage to us, and tell us what road/date it was filmed on. We'll then hassle the Council to prosecute. .
